Calgary East Rotary Club added two new members on April 25. Jaya Dharan and Wilner Pagaling were inducted by Past District Governor Christine Rendell. Jaya felt welcomed when her family immigrated to Canada and wants to give back to the community. Jaya already has a service project in mind and will present it to the club. Wilner is transferring from another Rotary club and has already done an International Service project in the Philippines with support from Calgary East Rotary and will also present a follow up project to the club. We welcomed them into the club and look forward to their community and international service contributions. |
