In this week's presentation, Tanya will  address the  Physiology of Stress and discuss some activities we can do to lower our own personal stresses.
Her unique programs also treat balance and coordination, general aches and pains, physical skills (MS, Parkinson’s, stroke), memory, and vision problems.
Tanya is a licensed Brain Gym® instructor and Educational Kinesthetics consultant. Other certifications include Rhythmic Movement Training (Blomberg), Movement Exploration, Touch for Health and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  
Tanya has been providing movement-based life skills coaching since 2011 and has worked woth clients from 6 months to 91 years.
